News: SECO Jet Stream Tooling

CIS are pleased to announce the availability of Seco's JetStream Tooling. It is an amazing phenomenon delivering coolant at high velocity direct to the cutting edge, shortening the contact length of the chip on the rake face. This improves chip control and provides increased cutting speeds and tool life all of which helps lower your production costs with reduced cycle times.

Seco's JetStream Tooling is available as a semi-standard range which includes Seco's highly versatile Multi Directional Turning system (MDT) in 4, 6 and 8mm right handed cartridges in two reach lengths - 3xB1 and 5xB1. Standard ISO CNMG12, SNMG12, DNMG15, VBMT16 and CCMT09 cartridges are also available. All are available with C6 Seco Capto toolholders to take cartridges.
